And that’s mountains too--you get all that beauty and the highs, but a lot of it is just suffering, just trudging uphill, step after step. If you don’t enjoy that, what my daughter and I call “the suffer,” then you’re missing out on a big part of it. Screw the technology. Leave it behind. Enjoy the climb.
